Company Quality Policy

 

Lagorio & Dufour S.p.A. of Milan, has been operating for fifty years in the sector of trade, agency sales and distribution of raw materials (rubber, latex, spices, chemicals, components, semi-finished and finished products in general) for the Italian and European industry and commerce.

The Management has identified the full satisfaction of Customers, Employees and the improvement of its own business performance, as the priority objectives of its Quality Policy according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The Management believes that the Quality of the products and services provided, obtained through a constant commitment in every phase of the business process, is the key to achieving and maintaining leading positions in the market.

To achieve these objectives, it has developed a Quality Management System based on the following principles:

  • maintain compliance with the Laws and applicable regulations in force;

  • engage directly in the development of the Quality Management System, in particular through measurable annual improvement objectives;

  • evaluate and monitor business risks according to its own context and activities;

  • ensure and monitor customer satisfaction;

  • provide customers with products that meet the requirements requested by adopting the best economically available technologies;

  • fully involve all the people who work in the interest of Lagorio & Dufour S.p.A. and provide awareness of the influence that their work has on the quality of the products and services provided;

  • base the relationship with Customers on the maximum possible collaboration;

  • periodically verify the Management System with the analysis of the non-conformities found;

  • ensure internal and external communications to establish direct relationships with employees, customers and the public in general;

  • ensure cooperation with public authorities and control bodies

The dissemination and application of these principles throughout the company are ensured by the constant commitment of the management.
